I&#039;m intrigued by the soil ingredients - what was added?  
How was it different to normal compost?

Having dabbled with hydroponics this year I&#039;m always keen to hear about other experiences!

I looked at the website - it looks like he&#039;s taken the classic raised bed idea and expanded upon it.
I must admit - we&#039;ve had a raised bed for a couple of years now and I know how helpful it can be - especially with the reduction of weeding and productive use of space.

How is the climate there?  Is it much drier than England? Do you have to water the bed lots?</description>
